How To Treat Stiffness In Left Little Finger?

Besides some aggravation in my life, there is a stiffness in my left little finger that just started this past week- (this is the side I sleep on ALL OF THE TIME. It does not hurt! Is a little uncomfortable at times. What could be a possible cause to what may be going on?

You could have strain/sprain ligaments or tendon, arthritis, inflammation etc. Any injuries? Try warm soaks and some over the counter advil (if no allergies) Go see your doctor if there is no improvement. Hope you feel better.
