How To Treat Stomach Ache?

My stomach really hurts and my whole body is shaky. Like, it's hard to type and I feel a little top heavy. I can't sleep and I don't want to move in case I throw up, so I've been up all night. I'vehad the stomachache since around 7:00 Pm and it's 5:50 Am right now.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hunger if you do not eat at least for 6 hours then such symptoms are likely to happens, beside this it can be due to endocrine dysfunction, you have not mentioned your age and gender else something better could have been thought hope this information helps.
