How To Treat Stomach Bug?

I have been ill for over a week with a stomach bug, started with fever and aches, sore stomach and pains, had diorrea, feeling better now but still getting occasional diarohea, over the last couple of days my poo is covered in a dark slime, is it blood?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be diarrhea due to dyspepsia and the what you seen it could be due to the diet taken and if the possibility of blood in stool need to be ruled out then it has to be sent for testing till then it can not be confirmed the blood stain stool but it seems to be due to the diet taken hope this information helps.
