How To Treat Stomach Burning Caused By Appendicitis Surgery?

Hi, Im 25yrs old, 74kg (now 68kg after surgery), 175.8cm. I just got discharged after a week stay in the hospital due to Appendicitis surgery. Though im still on me dication, i keep having an unconfortable burn in my Stomach. What should I do cos it kinda makes my mood seem helpless. I also just threw up after taking my medications. Finding a suitable position to sit or lie is also difficult.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* This amount of pain or discomfort with vomiting is not normal after 1
week of surgery .

* Has to immediately consult your surgeon for the diagnosis and
further management .

* Till then PPI ( as omeprazole 20 mg ) can give primary relief .

Hope this clears your doubt .
Wishing you fine recovery .

Welcome for any further assistance .
Regards take care .
