How To Treat Stomach Flu With Bloody Stool In A 3.5 Years Old Child?

Hi,Mys 3.5 yrs old son is been suffering with stomach flu for last 6 days.Earlier, he was given nor-metrogyl and taxim-o forte.He also has passed blood stains in stool.Hi stool is very mucusy ans slimy.In between,he seemed to have been doing better but again has gone bad,Just started him on Taxim-o forte.Pls help!

Treatment given to him is right.Better to add lactobacillus and oral zinc preparation under doctors guidence.. Maintain good hydration. Sometimes hospitalisation is required for iv antibiotics and iv fluids
