How To Treat Stomach Pain,appetite Loss In A 6 Years Old Child?

Hi, my 6 year old is going through his 2nd bout in less than 2 weeks on stomach pain, loss of appetite, lethargy. He had a virus and high temps the first time he had stomach pains, but not this time. He said his belly button is sore and he won't let me touch it. He just looks generally unwell. I took him to the doctor the first time, but they just said it was a virus. Should I be concerned?

Hi... As your dr suggested this looks like viral....but the red flag signs you should be concerned are... Low Urine output, dry tongue, blood is stools, painful joints or palpable rash in the lower limbs. Happy to help anytime. If you are happy with my reply, kindly rate it.
