How To Treat Sudden Bladder Fullness With Difficulty To Void Completely With History Of HTN And On Candasartin 8mg OD?

Hi.im 54years old man.newly diagnosed HTN on candasartin 8mg OD since 3months.since 15days I have complain of difficulty in urination especially in beggining ..feeling full bladder suddenly but unable to void completly.its frequent..urine D/R normal.u/s 50gm prostate...what to do..sonologist says inc fluid intake..plz gv me treatment or suggestion.

Hi,
You have two different problem 1st HTN and managed through ACE Antagonist 2nd incomplete void of urine,retention ,frequency which could be due to urological condition like BHP , Stricure , UTI etc .
In my opinion consult urologist. I hope it would be conservative management at this stage.
