How To Treat Sun Burn?

My skin gets heavily tanned on even a five minute exposure to sun! In my case I can not always wear sunscreen when I go out even if I wear sunscreen then also I get tanned sometimes! Hello,

As per your case history of sunburn, my treatment advice is:

1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 30.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like Fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a vitamin C supplement once daily for 3 months.

If the problem persists, then consult a dermatologist.
