How To Treat Swallowing Of A Small Pointed Object?

I think I inhaled part of a broken tooth or something pointed, it hurts when I swallow.. It starting hurting in the middle about 4 days ago, its now down toward the end of my ribs and hurting more. Im also coughung thick flem up.. Not sure if I inhaled it or swallowed it! HELP Im scared
