How To Treat Swelling And Body Numbness While Lying Down Along With C7 And Surrounding Area Of Spine Protrusion?

When I lay down to go to sleep my body will start swelling. Its all over from toes to forehead. Eyes and nose etc. Went to the hospital and she fixed one symptom and told me to go home. That was over a month ago and I am the one who never goes to the doctor and when I do its the ambulance that takes me. This was the first time I took myself. I get numb around the areas if swelling and where my c7 is and the surrounding areas on my spine as protruding at the surface of the skin. What s wrong?
