Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain there seems to be inflammation of the soft copy tissues leading 5 swelling which is causing pressure inside the ear..
There is also a possibility that there is hairline fracture in the lower jaw bone due to impact..
The pain in opening and closing the jaw can also be due to dislocation or disruption of the articular disk that is located as a cushion between the two ends of bony joint..
You should not delay and consult an Oral Surgeon get a full mouth X Ray that is an OPG
(ORTHOPANTOMOGRAM ) done so that the exact cause can be ruled out and treatment medical as well as surgical can be planned accordingly..

As of now do cold compresses over the painful side and take a combination of muse relaxant and painkillers like FLEXON-MR or NUCOXIA-MR for pain relief and relaxing the muscles of face..

Hope this information helps..
