How To Treat Swelling,pain And Discoluration Of Fractured Foot?
Hi I have fractured my foot on the 25/4/2015. Its been approx a week my swelling has gone down but I am still black and blue. My problem is my foot is Aching constantly I cant sleep . Out of 10 you can say the constant pain in a big fat 9. Is this normal?
