How To Treat Swollen Ankles Caused Due To A Injury?

Not sure if I have 2 seperate issues or one big one. Been having cold chills for 3-4 days with fatigue. Two days ago a 1500 pound shoed horse stepped on my foot causing swelling up to the ankle. My he next day I was bloated with swelling in both ankles up to the knees and fingers were swollen

I really appreciate your concern, if the symptom of fatigue is followed by injury then care need to be taken for infection and fracture it is advisable to see the doctor may need x-ray study hope this information helps.
