How To Treat Swollen Gums Naturally?

yes, I have recently done my dental work including veneers and bridges. But i started to exeprience sweliness of my gums. My dentist recommended touse Water Pik to prevent any infections of gum, but I did not use it. I would like to treat my gums naturally, please advice.

This swelling which you are experiencing can be because of impinging of bridge on the gums, so better you visit your dentist and get it examined and replaced.
Even go for complete cleaning of mouth.
