Hi,

Do warm salt water gargle twice or thrice daily. Do tongue scraping using tongue scraper after brushing. Do steam inhalation for 15 mins daily. Avoid having cold food stuffs. Have lots of fruits. Have hot food stuffs and hot water. Do Betadine gargle daily at night. Follow these for 1-2 weeks and see the difference.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
