How To Treat The Acute Pain In The Buttock Side?

Patient male, age 65, with acute pain in buttock side, hip side ( may be around pirformis muscle) on 6 of 10 instances @ 150 degree while switching from sitting to standing position. cause: gardening in 90 degree bending position with legs wide apart, pulling mud with showel. six months back the same action caused the similiar symptoms which subsided with rest and stopping of the activity. current medications: bed rest on hard surface intake of pills: Axogurd ( one at night) Lursumo MR4 ( one each, mornings & evenings)

The symptoms seem to be related to sciatica pain. I see through the query that you have already taken proper treatment to take care of the pain. I recommend gentle stretching exercises. Physical therapy can also be helpful.
