How To Treat The Buttock Pain Caused After Facet Joint Injection?

I had facet joint injections in my L-4 joints on both sides on 12/26. Good results on the left side, I think, but I m continuing to have buttock pain as well as pain in my calf on the right side. So, I m concerned that there is still possibly another problem that I m dealing with. My next PT is not scheduled until the 31st and my next doctor s appt isn t until 1/10. Right now, I just would like to possibly know that is going on, plus what I should be doing in the meantime...

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having sciatica pain in your right leg.
Till you consult your doctor, go for Back extension exercise daily 10 minutes in the morning and evening.
Take some B1, B6, B12 capsules daily.
Ok and take care.
