I have not had a bowel movement in 4 days and before that it was just a couple of small rock size coming out. It is very painful to try now and am afraid will do damage if continue to try. Hello and welcome to health care magic.
The usual cause of constipation is lack of fibre in your diet. My advice is to visit your physician and let him have a look at your symptoms. He will prescribe you laxatives like Dulcolax tablets or suppositories. Make sure to eat a lot of fibre rich foods and fruits. And drink about 2 litres of water.
Thank you.
