How To Treat The Gap Found Between Disc L4 And L5 Causing Severe Back Pain?

I m Sumanta Frm odisha(state) 25 year and I m suffering frm back before 2yrs ..I think my spinal position is bend frm lower and dat is very painful .x-ray report shows there is a gap in disc L4 and L5..so plz mem recommend me some medicines or treatment for fill da gap and pain.

Hello samantha, gap what some body has told you is not a problem. All bones had a cushion in between which on x rays looks like a gap. What causing yproblem is disc herniation. It can be checked on mri only. Treatment is physiotherapy and drugs. Medicine like myospaz and myoril are helpful.
