How To Treat The Nobothian Cyst In The Cervix?

I'm 40 years old (with 3 children), 5'2'' and 122 lbs. My uterus measures 10.8 x 5.6 x 6.1 cm. There is an anteriorly located intramural fibroid, measuring 2.9 cm in diameter. The endometrial stripe measures 8 mm. The ovaries are normal. There is a small nobothian cyst in the cervix. Should you recommend partial hysterectomy? And if not, what is the best treatment?
