How To Treat The Pain Caused By Falling On Chest?

I was riding my bicycle and the wheel got caught in a hole and it sent me flying and when I was going to hit the floor I only had time to put one hand in and thus hitting my right side of my chest now it s hurts when I move my hand or when I cough the pain is right above my breast

I have gone through your query.When you fall on chest and if you have pain while breathing then we can suspect a rib injury.So it is better to rule out that by doing a Chest X ray.If that is fine then it could be a strain to muscles.Such conditions can be treated by analgesics and rest.Hope this may help you.
