I sprained my ankle a while ago, and have recently fallen. Now, I have these symptoms I cannot move my ankle, or straighten my leg completely I cannot walk on that foot Around the outer bone and down to the pinky toe, I have bruising and swelling on the entire foot I am in an orthopaedic boot The pain wakes me up at night

Consulting with an orthopedist and performing an MRI of the foot is necessary. Other tests to consider would be: nerve conduction studies to investigate for a pinched nerve and inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).
