How To Treat The Stiff And Achy Leg For An Aged Person?

Hi I am a female who is 50 years old. I am getting a gurgling sensation in my left leg. It feels like it is in my vein, maybe blood gurgling. I do not have pain. But both leg feel kind of stiff to achy in the mornings when I get up out of the bed. Can you tell me what may be going on?

Hi,

Having stiff to achy legs is related to:
- arthritis
- inflammation of leg muscles, tendines (tendinitis)
- deep vein occlusion
- lack of magnesium

I suggest to :
- run a Doppler of the deep vein to rule out deep vein occlusion
- keep massaging your legs (I usually advise lavender/olive oil)
- apply analgesic cream to your achy legs
- take multivitamin supplements containing magnesium, calcium and vit.D
- do continuous bathing of your legs with warm water and salt

Hope it helped!
