How To Treat The Swelling Nature Of Hands And Legs When Exposed To Sea And Rain?

I am 18 year male, healthy, play rugby, go to gym, swim heat resonably healthy dont over eat.
when my hands and feet are exposed to cooler temperature ( doesn't have to be really cold) especially when accompanied with water ( sea and rain) they swell, become red and tingle

It can be a allergic reaction to sea water or cold. I would like to get your blood investigation like ESR, CRP,Ra factor. This will give us idea if every thing else is normal. According to that you can be treated.
