I am 26years old, 5ft 2in, weighing 72kgs. For about a tear i am having a back ache in the thoracic vertebral region. While sleeping i feel a lot of pain while turning sideways, so i try to sleep straight, on my back. Since the age of 5, I have arthritis, lately I also suffered from low back pain and doctors asked me to do regular yoga and no forward bending. Please suggest what should i do, as i am totally against taking pain killers, though i can t help it when the pain becomes severe.
