Hi I am a 24 year old woman..I had arm surgery to my left arm..due to a broken bones..I have not had any problems until recently my index and middle finger are tingling .the only part that hurts is where my surgery was done on my bicep...I am just concern if I should go to the ER..

It is due to minor nerve injury during the procedure.
