How To Treat Tingling Sensation In The Lower Left Arm?

Hi doctor,

For the last few months I have been getting as tingling feeling in my lower left arm as well as an ache in my left arm pit. There is no pattern towards the sensation yet but I do notice that it comes more when i am feeling stressed or anxious.

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to anxiety.

But a nerve compression can not be excluded either (considering the fact that the feeling is radiating in a nerve trajectory).

So, I would recommend performing a nerve conduction study and a cervical spine X ray study (to exclude possible bulging disk).

But, I don't think that your symptoms are related to any cardiac disorders. So relax and don't worry about it!
