How To Treat Urine Infection In Kids?

my sons is 4year old and recently he had urinary ifection and two weeks back he had the wbc cound around 6-8 (normal range says 0-6). we gave antiboitic cefpodxime for five days and was ok. later today we done a routine check up of urine and found wbc 30-40. is it too dangerous

Welcome to HCM

He seems to have recurrent urinary infection.
In the absence of fever and child accepting feeds well there is no cause for concern.
Next line of management will be to get Ultrasound of abdomen and Urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity done.
