How To Treat Vaginal Pain With Low Progesterone Levels?

i am zero on progesterone and i have no sex drive and vaginal pain. I m sad. I don t want my body to signal it to die and lose bone which is it beginning to do. So. I want to fill my progesterone naturally. I am investigating creams but honestly there are too many on the market and too hard to understand their dosing and how much they have in the container and how much you d get per application. I want to know if there is any foods that convert to progesterone or supplements. I heard niacin does. I am determined to live as naturally as I can. I have never been on meds. I m healthy and look young for my age. I m 55. Anyway I am so over doctors pushing the wrong stuff and getting into a bad situation. Hal the population is women, we are all going to go through this...we need answers the most natural way possible, no gimicks. If i use a progesterone I don t want alot of other garbage in it. also, if i use an estrogen, which is the safest and the amount. I heard if i raise my progesterone that will help with estrogen and i won t need estrogen. My level was 42.5 for estrogen. hmmmm.. ok your turn.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
