How To Treat Vision Shaking In 6 Years Old Child?

My son is 6 and has been having episodes of his vision shaking which last for a few seconds. Until today they have only been at night while he is in bed. Today it happened at school and again tonight in bed. He has no other symptoms. What could cause this and should I be worried about something as serious as MS?
