How To Treat Wrist After A Year Old Accident?

Hi , about a year ago i happened to be in a motorcycle accident , i fractured my wrist and knee but it was never treated properly and im guessing it didnt heal correctly . I cant bend my left wrist backwards . When i try to do push ups its hurts massively and it doesnt bend all the way , i cant lift certain things everything just hurts it . What could it be?

Hi welcome to health care magic . After going through your query I think there is ligament injury in wrist .due to continues extreme movements of wrist there is not proper healing. I think you should avoid extreme movements of wrist as push up. You need analgesic and crepe bandage support for this. Hope your query has been answered . Thanks .
