How To Treat Yellow Pus Discharge From Foreskin And Redness Of Penis?

Hi there, been getting a yellow puss under my foreskin and sometimes redness on the penis head and for skin. This has been going on for about 3 months now, it does not hurt to pass urine but the head can sometimes become sore and uncomfortable. Had unprotected sex about 5 months ago and symptoms started to occur 2 months after? Plz help!!
