How To Use Desonide Ointment?

DESONIDE OINTMENT, 0.05% = This is the medicine that my dermatologist told me, to apply twice a day to my scalp and to my face. Question: do I have to first, take a shower [to open - up my pores] then I can apply this ointment? Thus bathe twice a day....Or can I just bath regularly, and just apply this ointment twice daily as instructed by my doctor, to control my moderate level of psoriasis?

As per your history is concerned you have been advised by your dermatologist to use DESONIDE OINTMENT 0.05% which is a Topical Corticosteroids used for Corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses.Only wash your face in face wash dye it and use it and for scalp wash head twice weekly in any anti dandruff sampoo then use it ,no problem and no side effects at all.(Thanks)
