Hello
Welcome here.
Brief: withdraw from it very slowly.

Details: tramadol is an opioid. 400mg is quite high dose. I would advise you to reduce the dose very slowly if you want to come off it. Reduce the dose by 50mg every week. Sudden reduction to 150mg will cause withdrawals like tremors, bodyaches, rhinorrhea, diarrhea, sweating and yawning.
Discuss this with your doctor.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
