i am feeling anxiety and i am taking equilibrium 10 mg ,pari cr 12.5 mg,amlong 5 mg ,i try to with draw equilibrium half dose and pari cr 12.5 mg half ,but after some time i feel back neck hard and feel restless nees,so can u tell me what i should do ,also i feel mind little tighty
