HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You can check your BMI to see if your weight is underweight or normal weight.

This looks at weight for height, there are BMI calculators that can be used online.

If you are underweight then increasing your calorie intake would help to increase your weight.

You can increase your calorie intake by : (1)increasing portion sizes
(2)increasing frequency of meals
(3)adding dressings/oils/peanut butter to meals to increase calorie value

I hope this helps

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. You have not provided your age. You say, you eat a lot but you are not gaining weight. First of all you should get yourself investigated for any wasting diseases like anemia or presence of any worms in your intestines. Secondly, you should check for any eating disorder. Thirdly if your stress level and anxiety level are at bay, and if you are happy, you will gain weight. Consult a physician for the investigations.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
