How Will I Take Birth Control Pills?
I ve been taking my birth control wrong for over a year I just found out. I have the 21 pill pack and I didn t know I was supposed to wait a week after finishing a pack so I would start a new pack right away. I m at the end of my pack now so should I stop taking them for a week then start again or will that mess everything up? What do you recommend?

Yes, you just stop for one week then continue. It will not mess anything up. Just skip a week and then continue taking them for 3 weeks then skip a week. Most pills have a vitamin or blank pill so that you take one every day and it is not something you have to remember like this.
