Hypo echoic mass is seen in the body of uterus anteriorly measuring 3.1x3.35cms. Pls suggest the remedy urgently.

Its possible that you may have a fibroid in the uterus.If you are having symptoms then surgery might be the only option.Type of surgery will depend on your age,fertility etc.
