Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
I had gone through your query and understand your concerns.

First you have to understand what is complex migraine.
Complex migraine is a type of migraine in which headache is associated with some neurological symptoms, loss of vision or difficulty in speaking.

You do not have any headache and other symptoms mentioned above.
I think you may not have complex migraine.

Hypothyroidism can cause dizziness, headache and nausea.

I think your thyroxine requirement by the body is not met by external thyroxine supplement.
Recently lab value of normal level of TSH in blood is changed. Current normal level is between 0.3 to 3.0. Your TSH level is 5.75.
So you still have hypothyroidism.
Thus you are still experiencing the symptoms of Hypothyroidism.

COnsult your doctor regarding the updated level and get the proper dose of thyroxine to meet the requirement.

Hope this Helps.
If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Regards,
