You are having disturbed vision could be due to certain injuries to the vascualture around the eye. Do check out if there is any problem

Since you have concussion you must be definately admitted in hospital. Seel Nuero / Ophthal reference to find out the seriousness of the Head Injury. If it is truly concussion without any Organic damage to brain Vision loss may be temporary. However your doctor will be the final person to say so.
