Hurt Myself Falling on my Hip or Tailbone. Need Advice Quickly l I fell the other night onto a metal bed frame, directly onto my hip/tail bone and needless say it was a very unreal pain. It is swollen in the area and my leg has gone numb a few times. This happened about a day and a half ago. Did I just pinch a nerve and if so what should I do for it?

Can someone please tell me what I might have done. I don't want to go to the doctor and waste money if the pain will go away in a few days but I also dont want to wait and it get worse. Please reply with a quick response. Thank you
