Loose motion with blood going out could be due to dyssentry which can be either bacterial dyssentry or amebiasis related. You shall need a course of antibiotics to get rid of it.

As you say you had undergone D&C, first of all we must confirm that the bleeding actually comes with stools or it is from vagina?
Blood with loose motion is probably due to dysentery may be bacterial or amoebic.
Consult your Family Physician and he will guide you properly.
