There could be many possible reasons for the headaches. It would be wise to get a diagnosis by going through the process step by step. You may get your eyesight tested for any refractive error as it is common cause for headaches. Also possible is migraine. Stay away from chocolates, coffee, colas, bright light and loud noise. Regarding the stomach complaints you need to elaborate more on it like when does the pain occur and which part of the abdomen. How are your urine and stool, any burning micturition, any loose stools or constipation. It would be best t get a thorough checkup by your Doctor to find the cause of your problems. Get 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Eat healthy. Drink enough water. Exercise daily.
