I Am 24 I Have Smoked For 4 Or So

I am 24 I have smoked for 4 or so years now and I am really worried about all these symptoms that seem to be popping up. I have recently noticed that I have very bad indigestion, trapped wind, heart palpitations, a lump or something in my throat and tonight I was just blowing my nose after a sneezing fit and I had blood in my tissue, clear phlegm but it was just from the right side nostril. I coughed and can feel the lump there and more blood (and a small clot) appeared. Is this as bad as the Google search suggests?
