I Am 54 Years Old And Peri-menopausal. I Take Lunel

I am 54 years old and peri-menopausal. I take Lunel as birth control and have erratic periods. I had one this month after missing a month or two, and realized that my next possible period/end of the pills will be when I am on a special trip and would like not to mess around with it.

Is it possible either to delay starting my pills by one week, or to skip the next fourth week of no pills and begin after the third week to take pills for the next cycle?

Thank you.
