I Am A 77-year-old Female With A Cold That Has

I am a 77-year-old female with a cold that has settled in my chest. My temperature remains below 100F. I have a runny nose and an unproductive cough which is a little painful behind my sternum and around my rib cage, and which greatly disturbs my sleep. I have had the pneumonia shot. Am scheduled to fly to visit grandchildren tomorrow and wonder if I am too sick to travel.
