I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive. I don't have an appointment with my doctor until next Friday but I am encountering some vaginal bleeding and slight cramping. Is that normal?

About 25% of women have bleeding in early pregnancy. One possible cause of this bleeding is implantation bleeding. It is lighter than menstrual bleeding, and consists of pink or brown colored blood.
