I Am Experiencing In The Right Achilles Tendon

Is it possible to suffer from tendonitis in the head resulting in chronic pain. I have achilles tendonitis as a result of Levaquin/Cipro use and have developed undiagnosed head pain above the left ear. The pain is identical to what I am experiencing in the right achilles tendon.

I have and have been dismissed by neurologist as having migraines with a Topomax perscription. There are no migraine symptoms and the pain has been constant for over a month, anti inflammatories for the achilles tendon problem take it away but I am severly allergic to aspirin.
