I Am Expierencing Pain In My Testicles And Lower Abdomin Right Before And During Bowel Movements

I'm expierencing pain in my testicles and lower abdomin right before and during bowel movements. I've been pooping every 20 minutes for about 8 hours now, everytime the same pain returns and I go to the bathroom. I'm 17, 6'0" 155 pounds, my back has been hurting for the past week, and I ate pretty poorly yesterday, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

hi,
the pain could have been brought about by frequent passage of stool.
i would suggest get a stool test, urine test done to rule out infections.
get a scrotal ultrasound done to rule out testicular infection, testicular torsion which is very common in your age group.
i would suggest get reviewed by a doctor and get the tests done.
