I Am Facing Frequently Shoulder Pain On Both Sides & I Sometimes Get Neck Pain Too.
I am facing frequently shoulder pain on both sides. I sometimes get neck pain too. am a mechanical engineer working 10 hrs daily. I do exercise daily. in spite of this its not reduced. from what this problem is arising?

why dont you consult a doc rather than taking treatment yourself? also he will be telling whats going wrong where and solution for it.
2 possibilities one culd b ur work related abnormal posture second cervical spine relatd pain ,try some pain killers , maintain proper and relaxed posture while working ,u can try a soft cervical coller as well . that will reduce this prob insha allah .
